Here’s how to relieve stress and its awful effects      Being a human is complicated. You are frustrated, you encounter stress and you can even get a depression on your head. You ask yourself how to relieve stress quite too often. Especially when you’re not a kid anymore. These things are sparking up everywhere in your daily life:  stressful work,  trust issues in your relationship, the feeling of not getting enough of anything, the thought that you deserve more. It’s like humans are not built to be happy. Yet, I think, is sadness the default mode of humans? Well,if so, it can be changed, for sure. I mean, everywhere I saw ‘default’ in something, I had the option of changing it. Why should life be any different? Could frustrations be something good?
